Membership If you are a new resident in InTown, your first year's dues are waived. Dues are payable in January of each year. All dues received in the fourth quarter of the year will be applied to next year's membership. To join the Association, download a Membership Form, fill it out by hand, and mail to the address above along with your payment to: InTown Macon Neighborhood Association, P.O.
